CHRISHA JEWELLERY believes strongly in protecting our user’s privacy.

Any purchase of products supplied by the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store requires that you accept our privacy policy. Please go to our Privacy Policy page for information on how we collect and use personal information on users and visitors to CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store.

1. About These Sales Terms

These sales terms are applicable to all orders and purchases made in the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store. You agree that all agreement communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications will be in writing. We may revise these terms from time to time and any changes to these terms will be applied to orders placed on or after the effective date stated in the sales terms or elsewhere on the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store. You must read and agree to these before placing an order.

2. Your account

4. Availability

Products and prices are as shown on the website. We reserve the right to change the products offered on the website at any time without notice and to limit number of items purchased. There is no liability for lack of items in stock or for products not being available.

5. Reservation of Performance for Undeliverable Goods

If the goods ordered cannot be delivered within 30 days following the day after your order, we may withdraw from the contract, even if we previously confirmed that we were entering into it. If we withdraw, you will be informed that the goods are not available and you will be reimbursed immediately for the consideration you have already provided.

6. Price and Additional Costs

The total price of your order, including all ancillary and shipping costs, was indicated on the previous page or will be shown at the end of the checkout process. By confirming the order, you state that you agree to the price for the goods. The price cannot be adjusted after the completion of the checkout process.

7. Payment

Payment shall be made by one of the approved methods provided at checkout. (being Paypal, VISA and Mastercard). In the event that an approval of the financial institution is not authorised, we reserve the right to cancel your order. The value of your purchase will be settled in this case.

8. Delivery

Goods ordered will automatically spend 7-10 processing days after confirmation of payment with an additional 5-7 working days for customised products. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. We will attempt to accommodate any special requests but generally cannot make binding promises to do so. Until the purchase price is paid in its entirety, the goods remain our property.

9. Events outside the control of CHRISHA JEWELLERY

CHRISHA JEWELLERY shall not be held responsible for delays or failures outside of our reasonable control, this includes:

• All civil threats.

• Strikes or lock-outs (or other industrial action).

• National or local states of emergency.

• Failure of transportation facilities, power or utility outages and all other natural disasters.

• Impossibility of the use of transportation methods.

• Government restrictions or changes.

CHRISHA JEWELLERY’s performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the above continues.

10. Compatibility, Product Information

Please take care in ensuring your products correspond with the goods ordered. In the case that they do not or your delivery is incomplete or damaged in transportation, contact Customer Service Team for assistance at info@chrishajewellery.com

11. Return and Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store you can return any product purchased within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the conditions below. For return of sale items, you will have to pay the additional shipping cost incurred.

You may cancel any order as long as your order status is still in processing. If your order status is completed, it cannot be canceled in this case, but you can arrange for a return of the ordered items in accordance with the instructions given by CHRISHA JEWELLERY Customer Service Team.

If products are not returned, we reserve to right to refuse a refund. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund due to you (or otherwise seek to recover) an amount equivalent to the reduction in value of the Products, which might be 100% of the purchase price.

12. Customs, Duties And Taxes

Customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply at your shipping destination. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

13. Jewellery Warranty

CHRISHA JEWELLERY products are covered by a 30 (thirty) day warranty after the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects do not cover damages on material such as breakages, scratches, cracks, tarnishing or damages due to negligence and/or wear and tear.

We warranty the mounting for all gemstones and pearls and for the originality per description of the workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without any charge, if any defects are found during this period as a result of manufacturer defects. Warranty excludes all damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse or modification of the goods.

Please note irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics in coloured gemstones are due to the natural unique and individual traits of each item. These are considered part of the character of the time, and should not be considered a defect.

Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase. Your warranty does not entitle you to replacement of lost items.

14. Liability

We warrant that any product purchased through the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which products of the kinds are commonly supplied.

These sales terms set out the full extent, obligations and liabilities of CHRISHA JEWELLERY in respect of the sale of the Products via the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store. There are no other warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding.

Total liability of CHRISHA JEWELLERY is limited to the actual amount paid for the purchase of applicable products from the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store.

This does not include liability of CHRISHA JEWELLERY of:

• Death or personal injury caused by their negligence.

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Sales Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Sales Terms and shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law not affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16. Transfer of rights and obligations

These Sales Terms are binding on you and CHRISHA JEWELLERY and on any person we might transfer its rights to. You may not transfer or dispose of any obligations without written consent.

17. Waiver

If CHRISHA JEWELLERY fails, at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Sales terms, this shall not constitute as a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.

18. Entire agreement

These Sales Terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between CHRISHA JEWELLERY and you and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between the parties, whether oral or in writing.

19. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These Sales Terms and your purchase of products from CHRISHA JEWELLERY through the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store shall be governed by and construed in accordance of the laws of Thailand.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Sales Terms or your purchase of products through the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
